UT Southwestern is actively seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls Technician for our CDAS & Controls team. As a BAS Controls Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, calibrating, and adjusting electric, electronic, and pneumatic HVAC controls to maintain optimal temperature and humidity across campus buildings. Conducts troubleshooting of building HVAC system programming and oversees emergency management system (EMS) or related software.
Dallas Campus; assist other UTSW locations as neededShift Requirement: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; 100% on-site/no remote work available
High School Diploma or equivalent
4 years of experience in HVAC DDC controls and related HVAC systemsEquivalent trade school training or combination of both
Maintains valid State of Texas driver's license Upon Hire
Associate's Degree in electronic technology field or vocational school with completion of manufacturer's service course in repair and maintenance of temperature controls
Include updated resume and copy of trade licenses and/or certifications with application submission
