For this role, we are looking for an engaged, team-capable, and results-driven sales personality to strengthen our sales department. With your proven expertise and your intact ICT network, you will drive our growth strategy in your customer segment after thorough training.
Your Responsibilities:
As a key account manager, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of long-term, strategic customer relationships in the areas of datacenter, fiber optics, internet services, and LAN/WAN. You recognize customer needs, develop customized solutions, and present our product portfolio convincingly. You create offers, conduct negotiations up to the contract conclusion, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you analyze market trends, identify potentials, develop sales strategies, and work closely with technology, product management, and marketing. Participation in industry and customer events completes your area of responsibility.
