Regional Sales Manager

Localisation: Beijing, CHINA

Missions

Based in Beijing, you will have the responsibility on the clients which will be assigned to you in mainland China to ensure the exploration, promotion and marketing of technologies and products (catalysts and adsorbents).

Main Activities

  • Reach the annual budget for licensing and products
  • Prepare, present and conclude sales proposals
  • Develop the skills of system tools such as CRM and SAP to follow properly the project and ongoing sales and maintain the customer account.
  • Identify the need or potential improvement from client during the visit or discussion for licensing and products.
  • Negotiate contracts in partnership with the Legal Affairs Division
  • When licensing project awarded, in execution, be able to follow the design progress and participate the review meeting such as PFD, PID and PDP review to support client's engineering work.
  • Develop or provide the input for marketing of licensing and product to support the Axens strategy
  • Collecting the marketing data to develop the vision and position of Axens technologies and products.
  • Ensure interface with clients, Axens internal services and external stakeholders like IFPEN or partners

Knowledge and Required Level

  • The process design experience or engineering design work background is preferable
  • Working in refinery and petrochemicals
  • Profile with Sales and technical experience
  • Sales and technical profile with 10 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of logistic terms and conditions
  • Networking ability
