Job Title
Shift: Mon - Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly of products in accordance with product specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct required inspections of products following Quality Procedures.
- Build hatch cover structures using fiberglass, resins, and hard structural materials.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, including pneumatic tools.
- Interpret work instructions and maintain safety standards, including wearing appropriate PPE and keeping a clean work area.
- Work within a team structure and perform additional duties as necessary.
- Record and interpret inspection/test results to meet job function requirements.
- Ensure punctuality and full attendance for scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Ability to use common hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to interpret and apply standards.
- Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
- Ability to work in a closed environment, specifically within a cave system.
- Ability to work on uneven surfaces.
Preferred Skills
- Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Experience with fiberglass.
