Perform general assembly of products in accordance with product specifications and engineering drawings.
Conduct required inspections of products following Quality Procedures.
Build hatch cover structures using fiberglass, resins, and hard structural materials.
Utilize a variety of hand tools, including pneumatic tools.
Interpret work instructions and maintain safety standards, including wearing appropriate PPE and keeping a clean work area.
Work within a team structure and perform additional duties as necessary.
Record and interpret inspection/test results to meet job function requirements.
Ensure punctuality and full attendance for scheduled shifts.
Requirements
Ability to use common hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Ability to interpret and apply standards.
Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day.
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
Ability to work in a closed environment, specifically within a cave system.
Ability to work on uneven surfaces.
Preferred Skills
Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing facility.
Experience with fiberglass.
