Seeking a Lead Advertising and Creative Services Manager with customer retention marketing and agency experience to drive a diverse set of current customer creative campaigns supporting DIRECTV products. In this role, you will apply strategic creative direction, agency collaboration, and leadership skills to develop and execute innovative campaigns that increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, and drive revenue. You will manage external agency partners across creative strategy, development, and execution of on-platform and on-air tactics while collaborating with internal business partners to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, on-brand, on-budget, and aligned with business goals.
