HRIS Analyst & Administrative Assistant to the Human Resources Division Chief The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) is seeking to hire an HRIS analyst to enhance the performance of HR technologies and to assist the Human Resources Division Chief. The duties of both roles will include optimizing performance of the HR systems, gathering data, making recommendations, and providing senior level administrative experience and support to the Human Resources Division Chief. To ensure success as an HRIS analyst, the analyst should possess experience in the HRIS industry as well as the general HR industry.
