Your Role And Missions

The team you will join is based in Suresnes (92) and participates in the development of our web projects for the general public and our back-office applications. You will be involved in daily collaboration with all our teams of enthusiasts (developers, web integrators, ops, QA and PO). The main applications concerned are the following: Applications for selling insurance products online (health, home, auto) Customer personal space Back-office for contract management Context organizational: 100% Agile methodology with sprints of 3 weeks for the preparation and the course of projects International organization (France, Poland, Morocco) Your missions:

• Contribute to the development of front applications in Angular/TypeScript
• Evolve web applications for business purposes ensuring performance, accessibility and quality
• Participate in the definition of technical solutions and the choice of front architecture
• Optimize the ergonomics, the UI coherence and propose targeted refactorings
• Implement and industrialize a unique Design System at the scale of the platform
• Ensure the collaboration with the Web Design and Architecture teams
• Contribute to the activity of the Design Authority committee (front integrators): rituals, backlog DS, arbitrations, guidelines, diffusion of good practices
• Write and maintain technical documentation (components, patterns, integration conventions, contribution guide)

Your Profile

You are passionate about new technologies and show curiosity in this field. You particularly enjoy software development and you master the good practices of the domain. You have adopted AI and you have integrated it into your professional activities. Moreover, you are recognized for your ease of relationship and your team spirit. Technical skills Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS Good practices HTML/CSS/JS, front performance, accessibility Implementation of unit and e2e tests Design of reusable components and Design System (design tokens, theming, library of components, Storybook) Governance of the Design System (versioning, guidelines, patterns, accessibility) Code review, technical audits Experience in Cloud projects Azure or AWS GitHub Copilot and AI assistants: daily practice in teams Agile team work, CI/CD, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps (boards, repos, pipelines) Animation of communities and support of integrators Fluent English (written/spoken) for specs, documentation and meetings in an international context
