Service Liability And Property Insurance Officer

You ensure telephone availability and process incoming requests from customers and intermediaries. You handle new and replacement applications including contact with associations and take care of existing policy matters such as changes in the insured risk and the issuance of special confirmations. You conduct correspondence with customers, intermediaries, and neighboring departments of the AXA Group. Additionally, you take over the collection processing including the reminder procedure. You process commission claims reliably and solution-oriented. You identify and implement process improvement opportunities and take over special tasks and projects.

Here’s what you bring: You have a completed commercial education, ideally in the insurance sector, and first or several years of experience in this field. You are familiar with the use of modern communication tools. You have experience in new business and existing policy processing, regardless of branch and system. You are communicative, confident on the phone and in written communication. Moreover, you are team-oriented, committed and resilient (especially in the year-end business). A high customer and sales orientation completes your profile.
