Your tasks will include processing and answering incoming emails from customers and departments regarding construction financing, conducting the Postident procedure for the secure identification of our customers, researching and recording the necessary information in our SAP system, selecting and managing files from our archives for efficient document storage, preparing paper mail for the scanning process to ensure smooth digitalization, and creating and maintaining statistics for tracking and optimizing the mail intake.

What you bring to the table: You enjoy working on-site (5 days a week) and value teamwork. You enjoy a varied working style, both at the desk and on the go. You are familiar with the common MS Office applications, and knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not mandatory. You are characterized by a high level of service orientation and customer-friendly behavior. Your high level of willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, reliability, and proactivity are your strengths. You are resilient, flexible, and able to keep a cool head even in stressful situations. Teamwork is a given for you.
