What you can expect: Support and active participation in the development of our diversity, equity & inclusion strategy (e.g. equal opportunities, multi-generation, disability) Planning and execution of internal/external events, actions and workshops (e.g. on unconscious bias) Conception and implementation of measures to strengthen equal opportunities and belonging (e.g. neurodiversity, gender equality) Conception of communication strategies and campaigns and creation of communication materials (e.g. articles, presentations, social media posts) Research and preparation of diversity, equity & inclusion trends and reporting Opportunity to take over and responsibly implement your own projects What you bring with you: Studies in the field of business administration, psychology, social/political sciences or comparable courses with HR or DE&I-related reference (enrolled or studies max. 6 months completed) High degree of initiative & interest in equal opportunities, inclusion and organizational development Advantageous: First experiences in HR, communication or DE&I topics Structured, reliable, proactive way of working - you coordinate tasks and deadlines and keep appointments Communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration Flexibility and adaptability Secure handling of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2) in speech and writing Availability for 6 months from July 2026 What we offer you: Flexible working hours (flexitime from 6-21 o’clock) 60% home office Subsidized fitness offers (eGym Wellpass) Responsibility for your own projects Open and dynamic company culture and team spirit Support in career start Networking opportunities and company insights / internships Social responsibility and sustainability Own barista bar & bakery Company restaurant & own snack shop Afterworks & team events like own carnival party Interested in new challenges?
