With the help of our gesundheitsservice360°, we offer our privately insured patients support in all life situations. Through different programs and services (analog and digital), we provide assistance to positively influence the course of illness. We are looking for your support for the chronic and mental illnesses squad starting from 01.03.2026 for six months. What you can expect: Be part of a versatile and highly motivated team. Support the team with diverse project tasks in an agile working environment. Analyze, conceptualize, and implement customer acquisition measures for gesundheitsservice360°. Process customer inquiries independently. Prepare presentations. Take on responsible tasks and engage in exciting corporate projects. Participate in the conception and execution of workshops and large group events. Experience the "New Way of Working" at AXA – on our innovative campus in Cologne-Holweide and in digital collaboration.

What you bring with you: You are studying health management, health economics, medicine, psychology, or comparable courses. Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience, for example through internships or training. You have knowledge of the German health market. You work independently, are eager to take on responsibility, and can organize well. You have strong communication skills and creativity. You are proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. You are excited to support us from March 2026 for a period of six months.
