Machine Learning Engineer – Data Scientist

In AI&Analytics Solutions team, we want to ensure that we're bringing smart decision making (human augmentation or automated) to the forefront of our processes/journeys by establishing a data and experimentation culture that could ultimately become a competitive advantage in today's fast-changing world. As Machine Learning Engineer - Data Scientist on our team, you will:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and frame their challenges as analytical problems.
  • Apply machine learning, statistical methods, and optimization techniques to develop innovative solutions that drive business impact.
  • Design, build, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models, ensuring their reliability and robustness.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML products: from ideation and prototyping to deployment and ongoing evaluation in production.
  • Collaborate with fellow Data Scientists to share knowledge, best practices, and continuously improve our methodologies.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of your solutions through rigorous testing and continuous monitoring post-deployment.
  • Contribute to our data science community by developing reusable assets, sharing your expertise, and participating in innovation initiatives.

Profile As Machine Learning Engineer – Data Scientist, you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist/ML engineer or a similar analytical role.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Computer Science).
  • Strong practical knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and optimization techniques, with hands-on experience in applying them to real-world problems.
  • Experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying end-to-end data science solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English, as well as French or Dutch
