Low-Code Process Automation Pioneer

You want to not just manage HR processes but intelligently automate and rethink them? Then bring your low-code skills to us. You actively shape the automation and digitalization of our HR processes. You move between HR specialist area and IT and develop solutions that really work in everyday life.

What you can expect:

You are a pioneer for process automation in the low-code area in human resources and work closely with the many interfaces from specialist area and IT. Specifically, you derive optimization potential from a process analysis, give action recommendations, and implement solutions directly in our modern tool sets - whether in the form of quick prototypes or directly as productive MVPs. You accompany the process from idea generation through analysis to prototypes and introduction - 1st and 2nd level support also belongs to you.

You work closely with analytics and HR information systems experts in an interdisciplinary team to identify interfaces and dependencies and bring opportunities together into implementation.

Your creativity, expertise, and enthusiasm for new things are the basis for redesigning processes and optimizing work processes in a user-friendly way.

What you bring with you:

You have experience in the low-code area and knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps. You have a good understanding of HR processes and their operations. You understand how to capture requirements and generate solutions for them. Strong analytical and conceptual skills characterize you - you like to work independently, structured and self-reliant. You have a pronounced team and communication ability. You are eager for new things, like to learn and quickly find out how to acquire new knowledge.
