Job overview: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Change Analyst to join our People Services team on a 9 month fixed term contract. You'll support change initiatives that impact our People Services processes, ensuring seamless transitions during organizational design, process updates, and Workday system changes. You'll serve as a key bridge between People Services and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and delivering change programs that are timely, accurate, and smoothly implemented.
Key responsibilities:
Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience: Prior experience working with the Workday system essential. Solid understanding of the HR Employee Lifecycle and its key stages. Proficient in using IT tools and Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Stakeholder management with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships. Good influencing and negotiating skills to achieve positive outcomes. Understanding of Data Protection principles and the associated risks, with the ability to apply best practices.
