As a Feature Lead at AXA Belgium, you will be working with our agile teams in a Feature/Product organization. Your key mission will be enhancing software engineering, SDLC, testing, and IT4IT practices to maximize their effectiveness and streamline their efficiency. The team will be committed to fostering engineering excellence and operational agility across the entire IT organization, supporting the delivery of impactful solutions that truly make the difference, empowering our IT teams to innovate, excel, and deliver value. You will report into the IT Services Domain where you will be responsible for the Feature Team "Software Engineering & Automation" consisting of: Engineering Excellence, Software Delivery Automation, IT4IT tools deliver and support, Test Tools automation, support, and execution. As a Feature Lead, your responsibility will be to shape, inspire, lead, and grow the team consisting of 10 internal team members. The team is additionally staffed with a variable number of externals and offshoring capabilities. Drive continuous improvement based on technology evolutions. Embark your team in the AXA Belgium Vision and Roadmap. Manage the Run Budget of your team. Drive the QOS of the solutions and services under your responsibility. Be a strong supporter of the Automation and AI project: Support the organization to make the Software Delivery Life Cycle towards a new modern set of processes using automation and AI. Create and adapt a change management plan for the IT organization to adopt new tools and processes. Inspire, build documentation, training plans, and more.
Your profile: A degree in IT, in engineering, in management, or in business administration. At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT. Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. Proven experience in steering, setting pace, and injecting life into the program, projects, and teams. Good understanding of IT concepts, technology, and software development life cycle. Proven experience in defining and deploying a sourcing strategy, conducting a vendor selection process, establishing service and software contracts, and managing vendors' performance daily. Collaboration and coordination skills. Self-driven and curiosity in mindset.
