You will join a team at the heart of supporting the commercial forces in France, with a key role in the upskilling of employees, the management of the training journey, and the coordination of cross-functional actions. Your goal will be to contribute to the enrichment, management, and promotion of the training offer intended for commercial teams and brokers. Within AXA France, you will join the Commercial Direction in the Pilotage & Support to Collective Developments department. Under the responsibility of your tutor, your missions will be the following: Supporting and upskilling commercial teams in France: Creating and updating training modules in line with the Training Direction. Participating in the organization of modules within the collective training journey. Collecting and analyzing feedback from trainees to improve the offer. Monitoring the achievement of training objectives in collaboration with managers. Ensuring regular reporting of actions carried out and following up on training. Contributing to the elaboration of the annual training plan. Participating in the integration journey of new entrants. Promoting training to employees through the weekly newsletter of the Commercial Direction Collectives. Maintaining and evolving the broker training offer: Identifying training needs in collaboration with commercial teams. Enriching the existing training catalog. Ensuring the regularization and follow-up of participation (regulation, duty of advice, etc.). Coordinating responses to calls for tenders and client requests in collaboration with different Directions of AXA France. Taking charge of or contributing to any cross-functional project in support of the Direction or responsible/tutor, formalizing procedures, and ensuring regular communication with teams.

Your profile: You are preparing a Bac+4/Bac+5 in a business school or a master's degree in marketing, project management, or commercial development. You are looking for: An internship For a duration of 24 months With a start in September 2026 Full-time schedule Technical skills: Very good mastery of Excel and Office tools. Solid project management skills. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Personal/relational skills: Relational qualities and sense of service. Listening and ability to adapt.
