Together with the team, you'll develop innovative, customer-oriented, and cross-sector output solutions tailored to our stakeholders' needs. You'll communicate directly with our stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and integrate them into the development of precise output solutions. You'll work closely with developers, serving as a direct contact for both business departments and technical interfaces. You have strong knowledge in test management, test automation, and test concept, understanding the importance of quality assurance in software projects. You hold a successful degree in business or business informatics, or a similar qualification. Ideally, you have experience in customer analysis and in the professional development or implementation of software, especially in document creation and distribution systems (e.g., Dopix, Serie M/ and POSY). You can communicate complex technical matters clearly and conduct training for users and stakeholders. You're self-motivated, solution-oriented, and structured, with strong analytical skills and a networked way of thinking. You're highly engaged and eager to learn. Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
