• Starting basic salary from €33,320 + a monthly commission averaging €500 (subject to individual performance)

Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

Induction & Training: You will receive hands-on training in modern sales techniques and tools. You will learn to understand customer needs and offer solutions to add real value. You will learn to use Sales Force to track and manage follow-ups.

The onboarding training will be provided by our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role, this will include time in our Tunbridge Wells, UK site so you will need to be able to travel to the UK.

What you'll be doing:

• Selling to warm, qualified leads, you'll ensure customers' needs are met to achieve your individual targets
• Selling International Private Medical Insurance to high-net-worth customers and expats globally
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as part of a team

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
