Job Title

Responsibilities: Deliver general administration services, such as ordering stationery and office supplies, coordinating office activities, assisting with company events, managing documentation filing, and overseeing stock management (e.g., delivery notes, hardware inventory). Manage the time tracking tool ensuring accurate resource utilization and work allocation reflected in the monthly dashboard Assist in IT user tutorial video creation by utilizing video generation or editing tools, e.g., Adobe Firefly and Canva Pro. Facilitate communication and coordination between Global and local IT and other business units regarding governance matters, ensuring compliance with Group Standards Support issuance of demand requests and Purchase Requests (PR) for service-related projects to ensure timely procurement and effective project execution.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in IT administration, preferably on IT service management tools and platforms. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
