We are building a newly established technical assistance team in Ostrava, which will be taking over key responsibilities from our colleagues in Germany. As part of this team, you'll play an essential role in supporting customers who need help on the road or at home — whether their vehicle has broken down, they are stuck after an accident, or they are facing an urgent issue in their household. You'll provide reassurance, guidance, and practical assistance when they need it most. We're looking for someone who can ideally start on March 1st and who is motivated by meaningful work, empathy, and the drive to make a real difference in people's lives every single day. Handling the helpline: taking phone calls and processing emails from customers in need of technical or moto & home assistance.
Verifying customer data and insurance coverage.
Handling of payments to clients and providers.
Registering and managing cases in our internal system, handle the administration of insurance claims, and review insurance claim documentation.
Organizing assistance using our network of service providers (e.g., car towing, arranging services of a plumber, locksmith, roofer, etc.)
Collaborating with foreign branches of AXA Partners Group.
Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
Czech or Polish language at a native level.
Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker).
Good command of English (minimum level B2).
Strong communication skills, empathy and responsibility.
Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to work in rotating or irregular shifts.
Good computer skills and familiarity with internet browsers.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
An additional foreign language and experience with phone communication are a plus.
