Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative role will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound activities with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touchpoints for prospects and will set the tone for the sales cycle that follows.

  • Conduct hunter-focused prospecting daily, including (but not limited to) 100+ cold calls per day as well as consistent email outreach to both current and net-new accounts.
  • Follow up on quotes issued, providing appropriate levels of information, at the right time, for interested prospects.
  • Foster new leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an inside sales representative.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle activities by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in AWP's CRM.
  • Quickly learn AWP's products and services to build a foundation to level-up within, while effectively educating prospects on the different options available that will address their business needs.
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and penetrates target accounts through meeting with aligned Account Managers

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent. Associate degree or Higher in Sales or Business-related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • A quick learner with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills who can easily assimilate multiple technologies and skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across the company and the client's organizational structure.
  • Experience with identifying, understanding, and analyzing a prospect's needs in order to gather detailed information.
  • Experience with CRM solutions a plus.
  • Proven track record for articulating a product/service and relationship building.

Compensation: $53,000 - $60,000 + 20% Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Bonus.

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
