(Senior) Key Account Manager
As a (Senior) Key Account Manager in our Advertiser Team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of key accounts, our most strategically important customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will quickly succeed in taking on a consultative role for the client, with the aim of recognizing and implementing new (commercial) opportunities to develop sustainable growth for the affiliate programs.
The regular tasks in this position can be done virtually and are therefore also suitable for nationwide home office.
The position is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
Your tasks:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing and customer management Proactive and independent consultation of strategic customers to promote sustainable business development and achieve the target KPIs for the advertiser Building a strong customer relationship and establishing Awin as a relevant partner within the customer's digital ecosystem through regular meetings, also on-site Creating reports and providing performance and benchmark analyses for the customer Coordinating and managing customer-related budgets Strategic expansion of existing and new cooperations in the affiliate program, as well as upselling existing Awin tools that serve to optimize the partner program Supporting internal project initiatives within our OKRs (Objective, Key Results) Participation in industry and networking events
Your profile:
- Proven experience in the online/performance marketing industry or in the customer environment
- Strong focus on quality as well as strong customer orientation and service readiness
- Reliable escalation and conflict management even with more complex challenges
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Strong sales techniques and strong persuasiveness
- Creative mindset to bring new ideas and drive customer development
- Strong analytical skills and ideally technical understanding of tracking issues
