Job Summary:
Provides business support services and assistance requiring occasional discretion and judgment. Coordinates a unique set of processes, projects, and/or services for an assigned area.

What You Will Do:
- Provides administrative and/or customer support in assigned area. This may include performing business support functions and related administrative tasks to support programs, research requests, projects, and analyzing data points or processes.
- Reviews and/or audits documents, forms or data for appropriateness/accuracy. Initiates additional corrective action, as appropriate.
- May corresponds with internal and/or external customers, using defined corporate formats and procedures, via verbal, electronic and written communications.
- Maintains records and/or files for assigned area.
- May also need to ensure appropriate documentation is timely and accurately entered into departmental records as required.
- As assigned, prepares, collates, and distributes various reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- May support or handle recurring department projects or one-time projects, as directed by supervisor.
- May maintain supply inventories by checking supplies to determine inventory level, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders and verifying receipt.
- Other duties as assigned.
