Simulation Engineer Trainee - Dynamic Simulation
AVL Hungary Kft. offers a job in Hungary (HU) as a Simulation Engineer Trainee - Dynamic Simulation.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analysis Engineer support
- Internal combustion engine main bearing and timing drive simulation
- Powertrain vibration and noise (NVH) simulation: internal combustion engine, electric motor and geartrain
- Frequency analysis, acoustic simulation (airborne-noise), topology optimization
- Supporting actively the development of new methodologies
- Making recommendations for design improvement based on analysis results
- Presenting analysis results to customers
- Supporting the cooperation with other analysis areas and departments within AVL
Requirements:
- Ongoing MSc studies in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or Mechatronics Engineer
- Willingness to work at least 20 hours/week
- Good understanding of dynamics and vibration principals
- At least intermediate and active English language knowledge (German is advantage)
- Advantage: Experience with SimLab, Abaqus, ANSA/META, Ansys, Excite
- Good time management, willingness to learn and self-development
- Good communication skills and good team player attitude
- Being able to work independently and proactively
