Description of the Position

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in Home Office. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of professional clients (real estate agencies), offering the Group's digital advertising and visibility solutions.

You will be responsible for the commercial relationship with your clients, ensuring quality follow-up and active listening to their needs, in order to offer them personalized and effective solutions.

Main Missions:

  • Take charge of the management and optimization of an existing client portfolio in the Region, proposing customized solutions that meet the specific challenges of each client.
  • Develop commercial proposals based on identified needs and available solutions, while respecting the sales objectives and pricing policy of the group (subscription announcements, digital solutions to attract buyers and sellers, etc.).
  • Conclude contracts while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and after signing.
  • Monitor client accounts (on-site and remote), maintaining a close relationship, measuring satisfaction, and providing recommendations to improve the performance of the services subscribed.
  • Analyze the results and services used, propose adjustments, and implement corrective actions to optimize client performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, product) to ensure the proper implementation of solutions and guarantee an impeccable service quality.
  • Regularly report your activities (account follow-up, results, etc.) to your manager, using the internal tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience: You have different experiences in B2B sales, ideally in real estate, online advertising, or digital solutions.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills: You are comfortable in price/product negotiation and know how to use persuasion techniques to maximize your conversion rate.
  • Consultative selling: You are able to listen and guide your prospects to the solution that best suits them.
  • Digital knowledge: You are proficient in digital tools and have a good understanding of online advertising solutions.
  • Autonomy and organization: You are able to manage several actions simultaneously and prioritize your tasks.
  • Relationship skills: You are an excellent communicator, with an ability to understand client needs and build a trusting relationship.
  • Results-oriented: You have a strong desire for ambitious goals and are motivated by achieving your KPIs.
  • Mobility: You are based in the Rhône department and are available for regular field trips.
