What Will You Do In Your Role?

• Conduct accessibility testing on websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms
• Evaluate products against WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and other relevant standards
• Use assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers, voice recognition software) to simulate user experiences
• Document accessibility issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accessibility is integrated throughout the product lifecycle
• Stay up to date with accessibility trends, tools, and legislation.

What Skills Do We Expect From You?

Ideally

• Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA and AAA and other accessibility standards
• Experience using tools like Axe, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA roles is desirable

• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, convey technical concepts, and collaborate with cross functional teams
• Ability to deliver on commitments and timelines
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated experience supporting a team and close cooperation with developers

Nice To Have

• Skilled with programming languages like C#, TypeScript or alternative ones (Python, JavaScript etc.)
• Keen on latest trends in technology such as AI and Machine Learning
