What Will You Be Doing?

  • Independent conduct of the processes of legalization of stay and employment of foreigners in Poland (m.in. submitting applications for temporary residence and work permits, type A permits, declarations on entrusting work and others);
  • Monitoring the validity of residence permits and work permits, updating the status of cases on an ongoing basis;
  • Providing information to employees on the process of legalizing their stay;
  • Cooperation with offices and public institutions on the legalization of work of foreigners;
  • Counselling in the field of employment of foreigners;
  • Monitoring changes in immigration and labor market laws;
  • Administrative services for employees in the field of HR, payroll and benefits and providing employees with information on inquiries;
  • Keeping personnel documentation in accordance with the labor law regulations;
  • Cooperation with an outsourcing company, taking care of the correct circulation of documents and information flow;
  • Cooperation with other external companies in the field of HR (e.g. benefits, employee shares, group insurance and others);
  • Conducting onboarding trainings for new employees;
  • Entering data into the Workday system;
  • Reporting data for internal needs.

What Skills Do We Expect From You?

  • Good knowledge of Polish labor law, including wage calculation, tax regulations, social security;
  • At least one year of experience in the area of legalization of employment and residence of foreigners;
  • Knowledge of legal regulations in the field of legalization of stay and work of foreigners in the Republic of Poland;
  • Ability to independently handle administrative matters and contact with offices;
  • Independence in action, punctuality and very good organization of work;
  • Proficient in spoken and written Polish and English;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Power Point;
  • Analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions;
  • Knowledge of the Workday system is welcome.
