As a Project Engineer 2, you will oversee the technical delivery of larger and more complex AV Integration projects. You will review new projects, finalizing documentation such as the bill of materials, drawings, infrastructure requirements, network coordination in preparation for installation and commissioning. During project implementation, you will provide guidance and resolve technical questions with all project team resources including project management, fabrication, and field teams.

This position requires a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and takes pride in delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. As a Project Engineer 2, you will have an expectation to cross-train and support the growth of others on the team. Your experience will help you ensure our delivery aligns with the project goals, scope, and requirements while having the experience to balance customer expectations with business needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include design finalization, project support, and field and vendor collaboration.

Work hours may vary based on client requirements and project needs. Travel to job sites is required, sometimes with short notice, to support field operations.

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, valid driver's license, and technical expertise in AV equipment, DSP system programming, and control system troubleshooting.
