Inside Sales Account Manager

The Inside Sales Account Manager position is an exciting opportunity at AVI-SPL. As part of our Outbound Inside Sales team, you'll gain hands-on experience with all aspects of the sales process, including managing transactional quotes and orders, onboarding new customers, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. This is an onsite role, and will be fully office based in Central London.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Calling a combination of existing customers (leads, prospects and customers) as well as cold calling
  • Calling to re-engage lapsed customers
  • Fact finding and establishing the key stakeholders and decision makers within an organization
  • Profiling customer records and updating the CRM
  • Achieving personal KPI's and business objectives
  • Exceeding GP targets
  • Data cleansing as and when required
