Audio Visual Sales Representative

Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company's current client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales prospects within assigned territory, providing accurate forecasts and activity reports to management, analyzing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, exhibiting a consultative sales approach, developing price quotations and bid responses, preparing contracts and pricing strategies, working with the installation team, developing and executing quarterly sales plans, attending office sales meetings, meeting or exceeding monthly GP quota, designing and implementing prospecting tools, establishing professional relationships with manufacturer sales personnel, actively using internal databases, following up on leads, representing the company at technological briefings and trade shows, participating in training and professional development activities, and monitoring non-installed product commissions.

We are looking for someone who can understand and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end-user customers, balance multiple tasks with changing priorities, work and think independently, meet deadlines, maintain strict confidentiality, handle sensitive matters with discretion, have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, possess clear and professional communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and effectively communicate and interact with employees, clients, and colleagues.

Education and/or experience: minimum high school diploma or equivalent, a four-year degree is preferred, and at least 5-7 years' experience of direct selling in the AV/VTC area is preferred.
