The Challenge

Are you a true sales professional looking for a challenge in an exciting and highly competitive environment? Then you've come to the right place! We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to look after our corporate accounts (B2B) as well as travel management companies (TMC) to strengthen our team and further expand our market position.

Your Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new customers through in-depth market analyses and targeted research
  • Strategic management of existing customers and expansion of business relationships
  • Thorough analysis of customer needs and identification of growth opportunities
  • Development of innovative strategies to increase our market share
  • Planning and execution of promotional activities (events, incentives, mailings, etc.) in cooperation with the marketing department
  • Professional negotiation with customers and preparation of customized offers
  • Responsibility for revenue and pricing within the defined framework
  • Handling international tenders and major client projects

Your Profile

  • Excellent French and German language skills (one of them at native level, the other one with full professional proficiency), additional good knowledge of the English language is required
  • Commercial training or completed degree with several years of sales experience (service sector, fleet management, mobility industry and/or tourism is a plus)
  • Proven track record in handling B2B and TMC accounts
  • Passion for the automotive industry and working in an international environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Solution-oriented team player with strong negotiation skills, independent working style, and confident presentation skills
  • Strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
