Job Responsibilities

As a salesperson with us, you will be an important ambassador for Avis Budget. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a safe, smooth, and professional experience.

The role involves both sales and relationship building where your service-focused approach contributes to satisfied customers and good results.

Your main tasks will be to:

• receive and assist customers at the rental desk
• actively work on upselling and guide customers to the right solution
• have customer contact via phone and email
• write contracts and handle administrative tasks
• follow daily routines and checklists
• do car inventory and ensure cars are ready for rental

Requirements For The Role

• B-driving license (manual and automatic)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Compensation

The salary includes a fixed base pay, no-bonus according to collective agreement, and commission.

Scope

The position is a permanent full-time job with a 6-month probationary period. Evening and weekend work will occur.
