The Rental Sales Agents are responsible for customer service to meet rental needs and the promotion of company products and services. This position involves client interaction, processing rental contracts, payments, providing information on rates and rental policies. A Rental Sales Agent may also be responsible for vehicle check-in and check-out, vehicle inspection, and upselling of additional products and services. This position usually requires excellent customer service, sales skills, and a readiness to work in a dynamic environment.

Some specific responsibilities of a Rental Sales Agent may include:

  • Welcome clients and listen to their needs to evaluate the best rental options
  • Process rental contracts and payments, providing information on rates, rental policies, and available vehicles
  • Upsell additional products and services, such as insurance coverage and GPS navigation systems
  • Outline, provide clarifications on final charges to the client, and archive receipts of signed rental contracts
  • Provide assistance and information on the planned trip
  • Accurately archive records and fill out documents
  • Manage daily back-office activities (emails, station reports)
  • Handle complaints and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure that safety and protection protocols are always followed
  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent education will be a plus
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the car rental, retail, or hospitality sector, preferably 1-2 years
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends (shifts are distributed from Monday to Sunday with a range of 07:00-24:00, with one or two days of rest weekly)
    • Proven communication skills and interpersonal abilities
    • Team-oriented approach
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve successful results in a dynamic environment
    • Friendly, optimistic, and proactive attitude

    What we offer:

    • Part-time contract 20 hours per week on a temporary basis (shifts from Monday to Sunday, range 07:00-24:00)
