The Rental Sales Agents are responsible for customer service to meet rental needs and the promotion of company products and services. This position involves client interaction, processing rental contracts, payments, providing information on rates and rental policies. A Rental Sales Agent may also be responsible for vehicle check-in and check-out, vehicle inspection, and upselling of additional products and services.
