Your daily goal: propose, sell, exceed targets

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be the star of the sales performance of the location:

• You will turn every request into a high-value sale.
• You will propose upgrades, premium coverages, and additional services with a decisive and result-oriented approach.
• You will promote smart solutions like Self Service Kiosk and loyalty programs, increasing efficiency and conversions.
• You will manage parking operations with speed and precision, closing contracts and opening new upselling opportunities.

What you will do concretely

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be the go-to person for customers, guiding them in choosing the most suitable rental solution and proposing high-value additional services:

• You will proactively advise on premium products, direct coverages with us, and solutions that enhance the travel experience.
• You will promote smart services like Self Service Kiosk and exclusive loyalty programs.
• You will manage parking operations, from vehicle check-in to check-out, ensuring a fast, clear, and professional service.

What we offer

• €15,307 gross annual + unlimited commissions based on your performance. The more you sell, the more you earn.
• 20 hours per week on rotating shifts on a seasonal temporary basis (shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00-24:00)

The profile we are looking for

• B license and passion for the automotive world.
• Sales mindset: ambition, energy, result orientation, and a desire to exceed goals.
• Fluent English: you will use it every day with customers from all over the world.
