Avis Greece is on the hunt for an HR Associate who will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Your Mission:
Recruitment & Selection:
Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
Ensure all required documentation is collected and filed accurately.
Facilitate exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding protocols are followed.
Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.
Manage end-to-end administration of employee benefit programs
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
General Administrative Support:
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Assist & participate in organizing HR events and activities.
Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
Support HR team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
