The AVI Foodsystems operation with Beachwood City Schools is now hiring friendly, service-oriented people to join our team. This position is an on-call/call-in as needed Food Service Worker that will work when staff is needed. This is a great way to earn extra money! This position will work day-shift Monday - Friday. Come be a substitute foodservice worker for the schools. The position pays $15.00/hr.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion and positive attitude toward clients
• Deliver food and paper goods to multiple buildings on time
• Accountable for all company products ordered from the time of loading to time of delivery
• Discard food and beverage in accordance with AVI policy
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
• Keep company vehicle clean and orderly, inform management of any safety concerns or vehicle problems
• Follow proper receiving procedures
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
• Perform any other duties as specified by management

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License (a CDL is NOT required) and a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
• Ability to be analytical and organized
