-Provide technical support to improve the RFID Converting production process and performance;
-Process standardization management, drive the production team follow the process requirement;
-Assist RFID Converting production team to improve the product quality;
-Provide technical and process training for assistant engineer and clerk;
-Provide the process training for the RFID Converting printing operators;
-Investigate all the quality issue referring to process and find out the root cause and solution;
-Provide managerial support to manager on daily department operation, such as output and continuous improvement etc;
-Other work assigned by supervisor.
-College or above;
-2 years or above working experience on printing engineering, Fleox printing is preferred.
-Good sense on printing color, Ink mixing capability is preferred;
-Good understanding on paper construction especially on self-adhesive paper.
-Good understanding on design for manufacturing;
-Good English reading and writing skill;
-Good command of computer operating skill (OFFICE, Windows)
