The Service Planner (Data Analyst in PPC) acts as the central link coordinating actions across multiple stakeholders within the production environment. The individual is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting service levels (Flexibility, Reliability, OTAT, RTST) accurately, optimizing order batching and scheduling to maximize shop-floor productivity, and managing cross-functional coordination, intercompany operations, and technical development.

What we will be looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree. 0-3 years in Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Logistics or related experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report complex service metrics accurately.
- Proficiency in data environments (e.g. MS Excel & Google Sheets with automation scripts) to execute multi-layer logic and automate reporting.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with production scheduling, material allocation, and intercompany operations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment.
