Become our new superstar in Customer Service !

To strengthen our European Customer Service team, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative BeNeLux for our Label Packaging Materials with direct reporting line to our Teamlead Customer Service BeNeLux & Nordics at our location in Schwelm.

What can you expect from us? – Your responsibilities:

• Motor for your customers: You are our contact point for all matters related to our label solutions. From order processing and pricing to delivery date coordination, you are the driving force for our business customers.
• Shape and optimize processes: You work actively with our field service teams, logistics, and production to ensure smooth customer service. Whether it's technical consulting, sample dispatch, or operational capacity planning – you shape and optimize processes.
• Take responsibility and develop: With your eye for market developments, you take responsibility for your own customer base. You independently manage and develop it in a successful and goal-oriented manner to actively contribute to the company's success.
• Work together without borders: You work cross-border with various teams and build close relationships with our customers in the Benelux countries. Because as we say here: Samen Sterk!

Qualifications

What do we expect from you? – Your qualifications:

• A solid foundation: You have a commercial or technical education, a corresponding degree, or a similar qualification that prepares you ideally for this role.
• Experience in sales: You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in the area of complex products in an international environment.
• The right languages: You speak fluently Dutch and English.
• Your creative mind: You are creative, think entrepreneurially and are eager to drive innovative projects forward. You see the opportunity to start your career at Avery Dennison and actively shape it.
