Customer Experience

  • Act as the first point of contact to resolve technical or logistical customer doubts.
  • Coordinate with internal areas (Logistics, Production, Commercial) to ensure compliance with delivery times.

Academic Profile and Requirements

Education: Student of the last semesters (in the process of technological or university training) in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Experience: 1 year of experience in the sales area.

Languages: Intermediate English (B1-B2 preferably) for interaction with global systems and reports.
