You'll lead strategic initiatives while overseeing daily operations and empowering a team of approx. 19 associates. If you're a people-first leader with a strong background in project management and a customer-centric mindset, this could be your next big move.

How You Will Thrive and Create an Impact

• Lead and deliver impactful projects in areas like Digital Solutions, Inventory Management, and Quality Management.
• Drive continuous improvement using proven methodologies and tools.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation with precision.

Site & Team Management

• Ensure smooth daily operations and high performance across your team.
• Recruit, train, and coach associates and Team Leaders.
• Champion process improvements and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in project and people management. Experience in contract negotiation or service coordination is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
• Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and Visio are assets.
• Soft Skills: Customer-focused, resilient, adaptable, and highly motivated.
• Other: Valid driver's license required.
