Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

The Opportunity

Are you a service-oriented and solution-driven person who thrives in customer contact? We are looking for a new colleague to join our customer service team in Stockholm!

In this role, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will become a part of a dynamic and competent team that collaborates closely with other departments such as sales, product specialists, warehouse, procurement, and finance.

As a customer service associate, you will have a varied and exciting workday with responsibility for handling customer inquiries related to product information, prices, delivery times, complaints, and more.

Location: Kista, Stockholm

Type of employment: Full time, 1 year limited contract

Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service and an understanding of sales. You know how to create a positive customer experience and are comfortable communicating via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, if you have experience in laboratory work or sales of laboratory equipment, it is a great plus!

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service/sales
• Professional education or a bachelor's degree in natural science subjects
• Experience in laboratory work or sales of laboratory equipment
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Good IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems
• Experience with SAP R3 and SAP CRM (SAP C4C) is a big plus
• Good business acumen and ability to understand the company's processes and routines
• Thrives in a high-paced work environment and enjoys handling multiple tasks simultaneously
