In this role, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will become a part of a dynamic and competent team that collaborates closely with other departments such as sales, product specialists, warehouse, procurement, and finance.
As a customer service associate, you will have a varied and exciting workday with responsibility for handling customer inquiries related to product information, prices, delivery times, complaints, and more.
Location: Kista, Stockholm
Type of employment: Full time, 1 year limited contract
Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service and an understanding of sales. You know how to create a positive customer experience and are comfortable communicating via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, if you have experience in laboratory work or sales of laboratory equipment, it is a great plus!

We are looking for a person who is motivated to learn, curious, and committed. You like to immerse yourself in new products and processes and thrive in working both independently and in a team. You have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
