What You'll Do

  • Oversee ServiceNow client implementations including leading multiple work streams from initial planning, requirements design, development, testing, implementation, and post engagement support.
  • Lead client workshops to present leading practices while understanding complex needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Engage with decision makers to lay out project roadmaps and ensure the delivery aligns with the organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
  • Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables as assigned by engagement leadership during project execution.
  • Partner with resources from other service lines/industries across Alpha Divisions (Insurance, Alternatives, AWM, etc) as needed.
  • Collaborate on business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field.
  • At least 6 years' experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, with at least 3 years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform with an extensive focus on ITSM, ITOM and IRM.
  • Completion of at least two full implementations of ServiceNow and current certifications.
  • Experience leading various size teams in the delivery of agile-based projects or portions of projects to meet defined requirements.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow – Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • ServiceNow – Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITIL foundation
  • ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – (CIS-ITSM)
  • ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer (CAD) – (CIS-ITSM)

  • Position may require infrequent travel (to client sites).
  • Auxo team members should be available from 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.
