What you'll do:

• Partner with Auxo's stakeholders to understand marketing goals, campaign requirements, and customer journey needs.
• Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Develop personalized and dynamic campaigns leveraging AMPscript, SQL queries, and segmentation strategies.
• Configure and maintain data extensions, subscriber lists, and data models to ensure accurate targeting.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance reporting to improve engagement and ROI.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to marketing teams for effective use of SFMC tools.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all digital communications.
• Maintain knowledge on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or in a similar digital marketing automation role.
• Hands-on expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS for campaign personalization and optimization.
• Experience with data modeling, segmentation, and ETL within Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize strategies.
• Ability to drive adoption and training for SFMC users.
• Excellent communication, client-facing ability, and project management skills.
