Executive Assistant

We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant with strong experience in online reputation management and administrative support. This role will focus on monitoring and managing Reddit comments, generating positive app store reviews, and handling other high-priority tasks to support the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Reddit threads and respond appropriately to protect and enhance brand reputation
• Develop strategies to counter inaccurate or negative posts/comments
• Generate and coordinate positive app store reviews through legitimate channels
• Track and report on online sentiment and reputation metrics
• Provide ad hoc administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
• Serve as a point person for urgent, high-visibility brand issues
