Generate and maintain positive relationships with new and existing store customers. Achieve positive customer experiences in the sales and service process by identifying customer needs and offering the best alternatives. Provide in-store operational support to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities include correct merchandise arrangement in sales floor and truck, surplus product arrangement, planogram creation, scanning. Opening and closing store tasks, support in cleaning activities, labeling, and front-end. Receive customers when they enter the establishment, offering assistance and indicating the options available based on customer requests. Inquire about customer requirements and needs and provide recommendations, offering consultative sales at the counter, customer service, phone sales, and counter service. Handling Znet. Perform sales transactions through cash register process with cash, compliance with cash collection policy in cash collections, processing returns. Education: High School or Technical Career Study Area: Automotive Mechanics Years of Experience: 3 or more Experience: Auto Parts Stores, Automotive Workshops, Automotive Service Agencies, or Mechanics School
