AutoZone Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

AutoZone's Part-Time Retail Sales Associates drive sales through superior customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW! Customer Service experience. While assisting customers, the Retail Sales Associate will perform daily assigned duties and remain compliant with company procedures in accordance to AutoZone expectations by Living the Pledge every day. Position responsibilities include providing WOW! customer service, ensuring assigned store tasks are completed in a timely manner, operating cash registers, following company policies, maintaining a safe working environment, maintaining store appearance, restocking merchandise, utilizing ZNET to help customers locate merchandise, practicing GOTTChA, utilizing OBDII to read codes from customer's automobiles, diagnosing automobile problems, recommending solutions, communicating with managers regarding customer concerns, and developing more effective customer service skills.

Position requirements include being 18 years or older, having a high school diploma or equivalent, possessing basic knowledge of automotive parts, having excellent communication and decision-making skills, being able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and being able to work a flexible schedule.
