Oversee daily IT operations within the distribution center, including start-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-week processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across a wide range of devices (handhelds, desktops, RF equipment).
Ensure accurate store billing and timely processing of will-call orders.
Manage system access and data security for all facility team members.
Monitor and reduce equipment damage and replacement costs.
Maintain inventory of essential tech supplies like labels for order selectors.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a tech-driven environment.
Completion of AutoZone management and leadership training (preferred).
Strong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
Hands-on experience with RF equipment, PCs, and servers.
Ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly.
Willingness to relocate is a plus.
