You will have the opportunity to work independently while also collaborating with our international HR colleagues across the AutoScout24 Group.
What you'll do:

- Prepare and manage contracts, addendums, and official HR correspondence.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes together with managers and the office manager.
- Handle all employee lifecycle changes: new joiners, exits, transfers, contract changes, and leave of absence administration.
- Payroll processing by preparing and validating all necessary employee data, including monthly variables.
- Produce monthly HR reports (absence, sickness, holiday) and share insights with management.
- Act as the trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers in the Netherlands.
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR administration or as an HR Officer, ideally in a stand-alone role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday and/or Loket experience is highly valued).
- Solid understanding of Dutch labor law and HR processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee and payroll data.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
What we offer:
- A stand-alone HR role with real ownership and responsibility.
- Performance-related annual bonus.
- 25 vacation days plus an extra day off on your birthday.
- Commuting allowance and pension scheme.
- Sports allowance.
- Hybrid working model: at least 3 days in the office.
- The opportunity to be part of an international, fast-moving company with motivated colleagues.
- A supportive, informal work environment with monthly social events and team activities.
- Training and career development opportunities.
