2 to 6 years of experience in handling Inbound/Outbound calls in an International process. Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills would be essential. Detail-oriented, high accuracy with numbers, good experience in MS Office. Extremely service oriented with a willingness to learn new things. Willingness to work in different time zones. Must have experience in International calling & handling escalations. Ability to organize, prioritize & manage work tasks and follow up on time. Independent thinker who is highly motivated and possesses an intrinsic passion for quality.
